VAT
Please note that, as we’re based in the UK, our website shows all prices in pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT. Website customers from outside the EU will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.
Worldwide Delivery
Our aim is to get your qStart(s) to you as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Friday will, wherever possible, be despatched the same day by First Class Royal Mail or Airmail if the item is in stock.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the qStart product(s) you purchase from us.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original, unopened, unused, condition within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the price you paid for it (excluding postage).
We will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Defective items may be returned at any time within a period of 12 months after date of purchase provided the defect has arisen under proper use. Where a product is defective, we will happily provide a replacement and refund your return postage.
To return a product, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return (or, in the case of a defective product, a full description of the fault), wrap the item securely in protective packaging and send it, with proof of purchase, to the address below.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. For that reason, when returning an item we recommend that you use recorded/special delivery.
